Founded as Gumusfon Metal Endustri ve Ticaret A.S. in 1994, located in Merzifon – Amasya. Re-named as Silverline Endustri ve Ticaret A.S., produces cooker hoods and chimney hoods on total basement of 45.000m² with 346 employees.
Gumusmak Endustri ve Ticaret A.S.
Founded in 2004 in Merzifon – Amasya to produce moulds for machinery, plastic injection and perform installation of electronic components for hoods with 42 employees.
Silverline Ev Gerecleri Satis ve Pazarlama A.S.
Located in Istanbul, established in the year of 2005 to perform marketing activities of Silverline products with 48 personnels.
Silverline Kuchengerate und Handel GmbH
Founded in 2005 in Germany with 38 personnels to perform marketing activities in Germany and neighbouring countries.
Silver Ankastre Mutfak Urunleri Sanayi Ticaret A.S.
Founded in 2006 as productivity center to produce cooker hoods, production to start in 2007.
HISTORY
1994
Establishment of SILVERLINE in Merzifon, a county of Amasya under GUMUSFON Metal Endustri ve Ticaret A.S. title to manufacture of cooker hoods and chimney hoods for domestic market.
2000
Gumusfon achieved its first export with 240 pcs. of hoods to Bulgaria. Annual capacity reached up to 90.000 pieces of hood.
2001
SILVERLINE brand was born. Silverline started to export Russia.
2002
Silverline started to export Greece and Azerbaijan.
2003
Silverline started to export Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Serbia, Germany, UK.
2004
Gumus-Mak End. ve Tic. A.S. has been established to produce plastic parts of hoods and moulding systems. Built-in ovens and built-in hobs have been included to Silverline range. Investing into new products and technology, Silverline started to export Israel, Cyprus, Lebanon and Australia.
2005
Gumusfon Metal Endustri ve Ticaret A.S. has renamed as Silverline Endustri ve Ticaret A.S. Silverline Ev Gerecleri Satis ve Pazarlama A.S. has been establisehed as the marketing company of Silverline. Sinks have been included to Silverline range. Silverline started to export Ukraine, Estonia, Romania, Uzbekstan, Norway, Slovakia and Syria. Silverline Küchen Gerate und Handel GmbH. has been established in Germany.
2006
Silverline Endustri ve Ticaret A.S. has gone public in Istanbul Stock Exchange Market. Microwave ovens and and taps have been included to Silverline range. Silver Ankastre Mutfak Urunleri Sanayi Ticaret A.S. has been established to produce cooker hoods for new markets. Silverline started to export Slovenia, Bahrain, France, Denmark and Nigeria. Silverline took place in 689.degree in Turkey's top 1000 exporter companies.
2007
Dishwashers and Waste Disposers have included to Silverline range. Silverline started to export Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan and annual capacity has reached up to 500.000 pieces of hood.
2008
Refrigerators has been included to Silverline range. Silverline started to export Syria, Thailand, Argentina, Morocco, Gana, Spain, Libya, Moldova, Algeria and Ireland annual capacity has reached up to 750.000 pieces of hood.
